Fee Schedule

Payment Information: Pre-Authorized Debit (PAD) forms will be completed upon enrolment. Fees are withdrawn on the first of the month. A $35.00 NSF charge will be applied to late payments. Certified cheque or cash required after two NSF cheques.

Newlands Food Program: The Food Program applies to all Infant, Toddler and Casa programs; including all snacks and meals.

For School-Age Care: Any additional fees for breaks and Pro-D days are paid separately.

CCFRI Funding: Parent payment amount is reflective of the CCFRI; if this is cancelled, or we are no longer approved, full fees are due immediately.

Registration Deposit: A $250 non-refundable deposit ($275 for school-age children) is required at the time of registration. This deposit will be used toward the first month’s fees.

Stat Holidays: All facilities are closed on statutory holidays, including Easter Monday and Truth and Reconciliation Day. No make up days for illness, absence or holidays. Days are not to be exchanged for other days or saved for later use. Facilities are also closed for one week over Christmas and two professional development days per year (August and February) for staff. Fees are unchanged.

Withdrawal Policy: One month’s notice from the date fees are paid (1st of the month) in writing or one months fee in lieu of notice is required. Nurturing Hearts Montessori Daycare holds the right to change the fee schedule and to not provide service.
