Leadership Team

Relationship

The Center Director is the core of the Leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Encouragement Officer. The Center Director also works closely with the Educator, Child & Family Support and Director of Development staff to support teachers and child development as a whole.

Purpose

The purpose of the Center Director is to oversee all aspects of the operation of Nurturing Hearts Montessori: connecting all the pieces and holding the big picture while promoting a culture that is in line with Nurturing Hearts Montessori’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Nurturing Heart

At its heart, the role of Center Director is two-fold: to be an advocate of children; seeing that they have every opportunity to reach their potential and two, to empower teachers to be their best; coming alongside to nurture them professionally and personally.

Relationship

The Master of Administration is a foundational piece of the Nurturing Hearts Montessori Leadership Team and reports directly to the Chief Encouragement Officer. The Master of Administration also works closely with the Center Director and the Master of Finances and is responsible for providing administrative support to the team.

Purpose

The purpose of the Master of Administration is to oversee all aspects of administration for Nurturing Hearts Montessori, focusing on communication (digital and print), database management, and record keeping.

Nurturing Heart

At its heart, the role of Master of Administration is helper and service provider. They are a main support to the CEO, Center Director, parents and teachers. They have the heart of a nurturer, and eye for details.

Relationship

The Educator, Child & Family Support is part of the Nurturing Hearts Montessori Leadership team and reports directly to the Center Director. The Educator, Child & Family Support also works closely with the CEO, Director Of Development and Master Of Administration to oversee all aspects of teacher, child and family development as a whole.

Purpose

The purpose of the Educator, Child & Family Support Support is to oversee the management of the classroom environment and the development of all children bringing parents alongside; ensuring the practice is aligned with Nurturing Hearts Montessori’s Mission, Vision and Values.

Nurturing Heart

At its heart, the role of Educator, Child & Family Support Support is to empower teachers and families to create spaces that bring out the full potential of their students and children. They come alongside teachers and parents and help to nurture them personally and professionally with a holistic approach.

Relationship

The Director of Development is part of the NHM Leadership team and reports directly to the Chief Encouragement Officer. The Director of Development also works closely with the Center Director, Educator, Child and Family Support and Master Of Administration to oversee all aspects of teacher development and safety as a whole.

Purpose

The purpose of the Director of Development is to oversee the professional development of all classroom teachers, establish and promote a culture that is in line with NHM Values, making sure that everything is rooted in fun!

At its heart, the role of Director of Development is to empower teachers to be their best. They come alongside teachers and help to nurture them personally and professionally with a holistic approach.

Relationship

The Master of Finances is a foundational piece of the NHM team and reports directly to the Chief Encouragement Officer and the facility Accountant. The Master of Finances also works closely with the MOA and is responsible for providing financial support to the team.

Purpose

The purpose of the Master of Finance is to oversee all aspects relating to finances for Nurturing Hearts Montessori focusing on responsible spending, parent accountability, payroll and financial communication.

At its heart, the role of Master of Finance is that of support and honesty. They have the heart of a nurturer, and eye for details.
